Cataclysm Confirmed: The Details
Blizzard’s announcement of WoW Cataclysm was the big news of the weekend. I was at Blizzcon when they announced it and took a lot of notes. Here is a little overview of everything I heard. Also, check out some images I took of WoW Cataclysm concept art at Blizzcon. Continue reading
Problems with District 9--Movie Review
I’ll get the obvious remarks out of the way first — District 9 was brilliantly made, had wonderful special effects, had believable aliens with distinct personalities, had entertaining action and bla, bla, bla. In short, technically speaking, District 9 was made the way movies are supposed to be made. Continue reading
Premature Review of Cataclysim--WoW’s New Expansion
Ok, the more I hear about this upcoming WoW patch “Cataclysm” the more I am convinced that it is all a hoax, or, at best, only partially correct. We will find out at Blizzcon I suppose, so be sure to follow my Tweets—I’ll keep you all up to date. Continue reading
Militant Atheism FTL
The LA Times just published an article asking militant atheists to not be so confrontational with Christians. The crux of their argument is that scientific atheists like Richard Dawkins, who mock, ridicule and stigmatize Christians, are doing evolution a disservice, because the polarization slows down the public’s acceptance of evolution. This Week’s Update - 07.20.09
Lots of news! Let’s get to it.
I’m redesigning this site to be more user-friendly and better house my content. I have no ETA on when I will launch it, but it is well on its way to being done. The URL and so forth will not change, so no need to update bookmarks or anything. Stay tuned! Continue reading

I got banned for cheating! No fair!
I saw a great image recently which records some kid complaining to Valve for banning him for hacking. The funny part of it is that the kid actually seems to think that he has been treated unjustly. What I’m seeing is an attitude in this kid, which is sadly found in many young Internet-savvy boys, that scoffs at the rights and privacy of others but demands it for themselves.
